Shipping policy

Welcome to The Saree AURA! We are dedicated to delivering your favourite sarees safely, securely, and as quickly as possible across India.

Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all pin codes across India.
  • At present, we do not offer international shipping. All orders placed on our website must have a valid Indian delivery address.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
  • Pre-Orders / Custom Orders (e.g., Picot, Falls, or Custom Blouse Stitching): Require an additional 3 to 5 business days for processing prior to dispatch.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification with your tracking details.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping on all orders .
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • COD is available for select pin codes across India.
    • A flat COD handling fee of ₹50 applies to cover courier collect services.

4. Order Tracking

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via Email / SMS / WhatsApp. You can track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s platform using the provided AWB (Airway Bill) number.

6. Delivery Protocol & Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address, landmark, and contact details are complete and correct at checkout.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect phone number, unreachability, or refusal to accept:
    • The shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
    • Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the delivery from the courier agent.
  2. Immediately take photos/videos of the package.
