  • Product Descriptions: We strive to display the colors, fabrics, and details of our sarees as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions, photography lighting, or device settings.
  • Handmade / Handloom Products: Many of our sarees (such as handloom silks, linen, or hand-printed weaves) may feature slight irregularities in weave, print, or threadwork. These variations are characteristics of handmade craftsmanship, not defects.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices listed on The Saree AURA are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, prepaid wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Cancellations by Customer: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched or processed for custom services (e.g., fall/picot attachment or blouse stitching).
  • Cancellations by The Saree AURA: In the rare event that an item is out of stock or fails quality inspection, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All deliveries are governed by our [Shipping Policy]. We currently deliver exclusively within India.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners. The Saree AURA is not liable for minor delays caused by weather conditions, courier disruptions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to our [Return & Exchange Policy].
  • Items sent back to us without prior return approval, or items that are worn, washed, missing tags, or customized (e.g., fall/picot added) will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

8. User Conduct & Accuracy of Information

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
